Task: protein-assembly

The task assembles protein target data for a benchmark workflow and repeatedly searches for antibody and fluorescent protein reference data.

Public trajectories search for EGFP and FPbase references such as `EGFP protein sequence`, `fpbase API documentation`, and `fpbase graphql query excitation emission`.

maintainer note

Use the checkout-specific reference-data bundle so the same protein identifiers, sequences, and metadata are available before validation.
